Dear Correspondents,
Only a few governments have expressed interest in the
intersessional meeting on the Athens Convention scheduled for next Tuesday. I
therefore think the better way forward is to *cancel
the meeting*, and give priority to other
ways of securing progress. The meeting is therefore canceled.
