Dear Colleagues,
The Norwegian delegation is happy to confirm that
there will be a Working Group in the fringes of the 90th session of the Legal
Committee to discuss the insurance issue in the IMO building at Wednesday, 27th April at 1.30 pm.
En closed is a letter from P&I,
which we unsuccessfully attempted to distribute yesterday. There is also a copy
of the analysis offered to the correspondents last fall, which perhaps should
be reconsidered as the ratification process still has not speeded up.
